Our team includes experienced electricians, DJs, performance artists, graphic artists, lighting technicians, stage managers and production managers to ensure that we can deliver an entire turn-key event - sustainably.

Glen – The wizard who makes it all happen. Glen owns, services and runs the BIG:RED:BUS and the generator which both run on bio-diesel that he makes himself.
He runs a business which manufactures and sells alternative energy products - bio-diesel makers, solar panels, wind generators, inverters, etc and also has an electric car (SAM). Glen takes care of all power requirements and some lighting requirements for the crew. Email Glen

Andy – Project manager, marketing and promotion, resident DJ and stage manager. He also assists in putting the line-ups together and booking acts. Andy has too many fingers in too many pies but is only really happy when he is overly busy and semi-stressed. You will normally find him running around and if you manage to stop him and get a conversation out of him then you are doing well. John – Our sound system guru. John’s credentials are longer than your arm and what he doesn’t know about acoustics isn’t worth knowing. And being the main dude at Funktion One Australia he makes sure that we get the latest purple boxes to play with and that it all sounds unbelievable every time. Email John now!

Tim – You may find him running the lighting desk, assisting with the sound, setting up, pulling down, and lots of other things. Tim is the guy who makes it all run smoothly by just being there when we need him. He also assists with stage managing and is refining his own DJ’ing skills too. Nice one Tim!

Tony – Not only one of our finest resident DJs but also chief promoter of our services and gigs via email, web, print, etc. Tony also assists with the programming of acts and with the design of our posters and flyers.

Bella – PsyflectiveFairy - our wonderful décor artist who transforms our stages and gigs with her magical masterpieces of art. Her hard work is obvious to anyone who has partied with us. She really does go the extra mile to transport us into mystical realms. You rock Bella!

Steve -  Designer and builder of
